Crazy thing about Rashford is that even within the PL, the competition isn't great and yet he's still below them. None of the clubs above United have a world class left winger. Martinelli, not world class. Neither Grealish nor Doku is. Diaz is putting up Garnacho numbers, Johnson is clearly a Forest player playing at Spurs.. yet all of them, bar Johnson, are out performing Rashford. ALL of them contribute to their team's general play better. All of them put in the defensive work consistently. Only Grealish is paid above 200K and he's a treble winner who contributed significantly to that. None of them is born and bred and raised through their academy... Enough really is enough.

Its not as straight forward as you're saying Flex. United's team is imbalanced. Players like Garnacho are obviously better than players in Brentford, and united have a few high potential players. However you can't say that makes them better overall than Brentford as United has a few poisonous players that infect the team overall. So even though another team may not have the amount of talent united have, overall as a working team, there's plenty better in the league than at united.

I think the way that Rashford has been treated is disgusting. People seem to think that because he earns a lot of money that he's no longer a human being with feelings. Rashford is probably up after midnight because he can't sleep due to severe anxiety. That anxiety is result of the constant abuse. That level of abuse and scrutiny will it affect anyone's mental health.
