Bruno, I followed this and the results are just awesome, in fact we started baking our own bread at home, no more super market, plastic bag packaged bread again. And best of all our 14 year son got so exited that he is the one preparing the bread for the entire family. thanks for sharing. you are doing an amazing job in your channel!

Bruno, I made this bread but shaped them into hamburger buns. They turned out pretty amazing. I did use my stand mixer but I think next time I will make them by hand as the dough was over 72 degrees. I ended up making two batches as I used milk instead of powdered milk in the first batch. I had to adjust the flour for the milk. Thanks for the recipe.

I bake Pain Viennois often. the kids love it and it makes a great lunch for them and hubby. I always use half of the dough and add chocolate chips to make smaller ones. Great snack with some fruit. love all your videos. greetings from Germany.

Bonjour Bruno ! j'ai vu 30g de levure de boulanger.Mais ce n'est pas beaucoup ? Les autres recettes disent 14g au 500g.Je parle de la levure boulangère en cube du boulanger avec son odeur un peu...et sa couleur grise-chair claire. J'aimerais bien faire la recette demain !
