Brush sander review - buy one to save a lot of time!

We have similar machine, but with more brushes, sanding plywood as well. What grids you use?

We use 150 grid. That is fine for our type of work.

If the vacuum holds down the wood, does this restrict the bed movement, on a CNC the workpiece stays still while the cutters move around it.

The conveyor belt has a really heavy motor. So while the conveyor is running the vacuum is active on the places where the sanding happens. It sounds weird but works great.
