Hand Painted Harlequin

I was invited to participate in an Annie Sloan color challenge, but these six colors were outside of my comfort zone, so this became a custom color mixing challenge for me. The result is a dark & primitive patterned piece with an almost gothic vibe, using a harlequin design to incorporate my custom colors.

To be honest with you, I never liked the brashness, and busyness of Harlequins until I saw this one tonight. Brandy has mixed the given colors and placed them in such a way that they draw me in with a calm feeling of awe. She, "In my honest opinion" is a true artist. Sorry for going on...Lol

I just can’t say the colors on this one in MY opinion only of course hit the mark. But see you loved it so its only matter of opinion❤️❤️
