We rarely think of Brussels sprout sauerkraut, yet so delicious! On toast, next to a turkey and roasted potatoes, in a vegan dish and cranberry sauce, it will delight your guests or your family. If you want to keep the Brussels sprout sauerkraut longer, it can be kept at room temperature for up to 7 days and between 1 and 2 months in the fridge. Remember to check that there is enough salt water covering the Brussels sprouts and release the gas if necessary. It is best not to tighten the cover. Good tasting !
