The most amazing thing is that no agent of the company came to tell you that it is forbidden to film in the subway. For my part, you did well.

Good remark. Actually, it is forbidden to take pictures or record videos in the Brussels underground without a formal, written, authorisation from MIVB/STIB. It's a very arrogant, self-conscious company, a State within the State, but it seems they do not strictly enforce the ban on photographing and filming when it's a private individual.

Thank you, it would have been helpful to see how to buy tickets on the Brussels underground. In London we can just use a bank card to pay contactless at the ticket barriers.

Wanneer heb je gefilmd dat het zo rustig is? Normaal zijn de metro's rijdende sardienenblikken (net als de premetro in dit filmpje) en zeker op 1 en 5

Among Brussels transport, the metro is the fastest. But less effective than that of London or Paris. The Brussels metro is not developed enough (not always easy to access). Some stations really stink. And also it (often) breaks down and sometimes people get back on track so the network stops. But it remains the most efficient and fastest in Brussels. Does not run all night: beware of very late exits

Not as nice as Amsterdam metro... not that I’ve been on either, just watched ALOT of Amsterdam metro videos. Pretty retro though and still very cool, I’d like to visit. Edit: I’ve now been on the Brussels metro and loved it!

Bedankt voor deze verslaggeving, beste Rail Public Transport, maar laat me één opmerking toe om 3:05: het is "Gare de l'Ouest, niet "Gar de l'Ouest". Pas op voor de Franse spelling. Anders dan dat, bedankt voor de reporting.

The West Station is one of the most dangerous of the network. I often saw violence every time I went to work there.
