Thank you for the review. Unfortunately your comments on the composition of the fragrance are lost on me. My point of reference for the original Faberge Brut splash on fragrance was the large number of and frequency of comments I received from the fairer sex. That was up until a couple of years ago when it changed and all the new scents (Classic, Signature etc) came out. I tried "Classic Scent" they hype as the original scent - WRONG! I haven't tried "Signature" yet but I will. If I can't find the original (No I won't buy pre-owned), I will look elsewhere. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it.

I respect that. I never had experience with the original Brut, the bottle that had the super long neck. So I probably got the notes wrong or something. From what I can tell this new Brut (the one in the video), smells completely different from the OG (the one you are referring to). If you don’t mind, if you remember what the OG one smelled like please write a comment on it. I would appreciate that! Thank you for your comment 😀

You ought to try the other Brut scents "MUSK" and "ATTRACTIONS" what I do is mix and layer those aftershaves to achieve different scents

I gotta try both of those fragrances! I really want to try Brut Oud fragrance. But from what Im seeing is they only have it in the body aerosol spray. Have you tried that one yet? 👀

Reflection Man came in yesterday and Jubilation 25 today. Mmmmm I like reflection man a lot but doesn’t last. I love the opening of J25 but dry down feels boozy like Bentley Intense. Not sure how I feel about it. Will give it some time hope I fall in love with it. What do you think? I had never smelled either. Blind buys on everyone’s recommendations.

NY Intense Blew me away when I first got the 30 ml. I was mad at myself because I should have just got the 100ml bottle size 🤣. Then about 2 weeks later I bought the 100ml size haha. I have maybe 5ml left of the 30ml and I gave the rest of that to my father. He loves it. So I might buy another 100ml just for him 🙂

Brut is a great scent. I haven’t smelled it for years. It smelled nice before it was reformulated. Have you found an Aqua Velva cologne?

I haven't found a Aqua Velva cologne yet. For real they need to make one haha. What I have been doing recently is filling up 10ml sample spray bottles of AV Musk. Much easer to apply without getting my hands soaked. But I like getting my hands soaked with it because it smells soo good haha.
