Some Amouage testers come with retail caps? Jomashop has pictures of testers with retail caps and others with plain gold caps

Yes some come with retail caps, and some don’t. All if the Amouage testers didn’t come with retail caps. I have never bought from Jomashop before, but Im pretty sure its legit.

@@LocdScents At Hobby Lobby they sell empty glass perfume bottles also there are fragrances that you can screw off the atomizer and the put other scents in. I save Paul Sabastian Fine Cologne bottles for just that reason.

Ehh don’t pay any attention to that. My wife also thinks I smell like a old man when I wear it, but she thinks I act like a old man anyway lol. As long as you like it, wear it. I think Stetson is a all time classic 😁

Does the EDT last longer then the aftershave of denim orginial?

From my experience using both, the aftershave lasts a lil while longer than the EDT spray. They smell identical scent wise.

My uncle introduced me to stetson when I was 17. He was the classy flamboyant playboy out of his brothers and was very serious with his hygiene. He wrote down his morning routine and told me to give a it try, take a hot morning shower with burts bees peppermint bar soap, then three spritz of stetson original after drying yourself one behind the neck, one on your throat and one on your chest. I don't know how to explain it but as the day goes on the smell of the soap and the stetson just mixes well. I still live by that routine to this day even though I use three other colognes to switch it up from time to time but I always come back to using stetson original the only difference now is that I puff on cigars nowadays and it compliments the stetson very well and i have been told so by many people who've gotten a whiff when i walked by 🤣

nice video! does it matter if the collar is crooked? i got a brand new perfume and i may have actually done this myself while incorrectly opening the cap but its crooked one side has a small opening bc its crooked, im concerned perfume vapor is escaping slowly out of that crooked opening

As long as the crimp seal on the neck of the bottle is secured, it won’t matter is the collar is crooked 😃. The collar is the metal piece that holds the cap in place. The crimp seal on the neck is to make sure the fragrance is sealed inside the bottle. I hope I answered your question 😀

@@LocdScents thank you! i didnt realize its sealed underneath, so really if the collar ever got stuck in the cap it would be a nuisance but if you let it stay that way uncollared without fixing it until you were ready it wouldnt evaporate, learn something new everyday!

I have the Original Stetson Cologne as well Stetson Spirit and Stetson Legend. I always wear Stetson Original when I dress up in my all black western suit with a western tie. My rule of thumb is to always wear the original classic fragrance every time you dress up in formal wear.

What batch year is yours because I’m trying to authentic my bottle that I got from Facebook marketplace trade.I checked the bottle cap it feels heavy metal and box batch code looks legit to me also smell the fragrance it smell like a blended cinnamon apple pie lasts a long time on my skin.

Bourbon vanilla has nothing to do with the alcohol. BV is a vanilla orchid grown in Madagascar - Bourbon is an old, European, royal family surname.

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately your comments on the composition of the fragrance are lost on me. My point of reference for the original Faberge Brut splash on fragrance was the large number of and frequency of comments I received from the fairer sex. That was up until a couple of years ago when it changed and all the new scents (Classic, Signature etc) came out. I tried "Classic Scent" they hype as the original scent - WRONG! I haven't tried "Signature" yet but I will. If I can't find the original (No I won't buy pre-owned), I will look elsewhere. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it.

I respect that. I never had experience with the original Brut, the bottle that had the super long neck. So I probably got the notes wrong or something. From what I can tell this new Brut (the one in the video), smells completely different from the OG (the one you are referring to). I love Mancera Red Tobacco, my top 3 ever. I didn’t like Overture on paper at the mall. To me it smelled skanky. You think it’s cause it was on paper?

It is kinda skanky. I would 100% test it on your skin to see how it develops. Overture Man is a spicy animalic fragrance. But don’t give up on it yet, definitely go back and spray on skin 🙌🏽

@@LocdScents It's similar temp here, maybe 5f cooler. I think it takes time for humidity to degrade fragrance, so it's fine with something cheap and cheerful. Yeah, back in Japan, pretty busy with work, still keeping the frag hobby alive, but gotta admit that there's not much interesting designer stuff being released. I occasionally get sent samples, and it's usually more of the same. We must be in store for an exciting change soon - maybe something mind-blowing from Chanel 😛

This is the one house that I've had not one ... not two ... but 3 frags go rancid on me in less than a year. One of those cases where you get what you pay for. With prices that low and them touting their 30-50% concentrations, you just know they are using incredibly cheap oils.

I love your reaction to these fragrances 👍😂😂. I just bought the Oud Vanille, I love it, it smells very good. What I like most about it is that the scent stays put all day and does not change or get weaker and it stays in your clothes for 3 days and after that time you still can smell it. My wife loves the scent. I will buy Oud Touch next shortly. Thank you very much for your review 😊👍💯

Look out for any Dua or Middle Eastern dupe house shilling. They are most likely bought off, with Dua it's guaranteed.

Ive tried Dua and I don’t like the house at all, cheap synthetic smelling. The middle eastern clone houses are cheap junk IMO. I don’t get the hype at all.
