Dual Purpose Improved Conventional Munitions (DPICM) is a certified hood classic cold war system that was going to be everywhere and was effective against both infantry and vehicles. Its weird this is the one single unit in the game that has it when it was supposed to be a huge player

Good game! No they didn't buff the napalm. Its been like that since at least the autoloader bug, so a long time. If you don't like slow roller games then play airborne divs like I have told you before :D I also sometimes use RTS gameplay to fall asleep, it's not you it's the RTS gameplay. It's sorta boring by default if one has no energy to focus on it.
