Thank you tman, I don't care so much about the ranking but i do care about your summary of the divs in this format. I also like that you listed this a 1v1 because I think 10v10 lists look different and I also think that 2v2 team-up lists would look different. I would like a 2v2 teamup tier list where you match combinations of the two strongest divs for a 2v2.

i think the problem is: when you're playing pact, if you don't counter the opening from a S-rank division (coin flip) you lose, unless your opponent is an idiot

Do you think the American S-tier divs will still be there with the dragon nerfs that Eugen have announced?

Yes, 11th Cav will still have the strongest opener and depending on minimum range changes/Accuracy it could actually make the base dragon units better which they rely on. I think the division it will hurt the most will be 82nd and 35th because they rely more on the range to help advances without armor. But divs like 11th, 3rd, and 8th I still feel like will be very strong even with the changes.
