I have been toying around with the idea of just straight up buying this deck outright just to go try it out at a local game store for shits and giggles.

I have been running Krenko for a while. My deck is worth about $400. Some things in it that are $2 or under you might consider are: Battle Cry Goblin, Goblin Chirurgeon, Goblin Marshel, Mogg Raider, Swiftfoot Boots, Chaos Warp, You See a Pair of Goblis, Fireball, Hammer of Purphoros, Outpost Seige, and Goblin Burrows.

This deck is a blast. I was having a great time in my group until someone cast Pact of the Serpent targeting me and goblins, and I ended up drawing 66 cards and losing 66 life. Good times, 10/10 would recommend

Bravado - $.12 card - one creature gets +1/+1 for each creature you control. Sort of like the squadron, for when you don't want to sacrifice and want hit with a big single creature. Heatwave - $.05 - makes it so they can't block you if they're blue and if they aren't blue, they have to pay to block you. And since they're only blocking 1/1s a lot of the time, it doesn't make sense to pay 1 life to block a 1/1. Bloodmark mentor is a little pricier at $1.25, but gives your creatures first strike, which can definitely help you keep from losing a bunch of tokens when blocked. Emblem of the warmind is good for getting haste, only $.15 Fencers magemark enchants one creature and gives your creatures first strike And +1/+1 Hammer of Purphoros - another source of haste Great video man! i love this. krenko was my 1st EDH deck and to this day is still my favorite deck to play. one of my favorite combos is impact tremors/ purphuros to kill everyone with the token gen fuck letting them die to ping people

Honestly awesome my friend. I am very new to paper magic, and I always appreciate someone who is willing to give new players tips for good decks. If Krenko was not so expensive, I would honestly slot him to my Tor Wauki the Younger deck for more Raid bombardment triggers. Wish your deck tech could slot that card in, it hurts a ton when it goes off. Anyway, I always like your content because you bring humor to the mix. @@maldhound Oh! Thanks for the reply btw, made my day! But some things that caught my eye immediately were the graininess of the camera, and the lack of background music. For the camera, you are going to need to head into your settings for your recording software of choice, and play with the sharpness, gain, and gamma. You had really good natural lighting in the video so no issues with lighting. You might need to change brightness and gamma a bit to adjust for the settings you'll have to make, for the graininess to not be as noticeable. You can't kill it entirely. You'll flat out need a better camera for that. But you can make it almost undetectable and that's what you are looking for. Next is audio. Your mic settings were pretty alright, but it could be better. You'll most likely need to set up a noise gate if you haven't already to catch that little static noise the mic is picking up on. And I think thats the only notable thing on the lines of sound quality. Lastly, there was no background music. Just something small that falls into the background to help keep the viewers attention would help a lot. I would suggest something but I'm not the best for that answer sadly. I'm more of a audio/video quality person. Oh, and your editing is looking great! Nothing but good to say there. 👍 I've spent like 3ish hours making this message to ensure I'm not misleading you lol. And lastly, if after looking into all of this it seems like straight madness, there is an infinite source of tutorials on youtube for all things mentioned. All my info comes from roughly 20ish hours of those and like 50-60ish hours of just playing with settings myself after learning. Again, thank you so much for asking, I'm glad to help. 😁

I would like to also mention the sorcery Cosmetronic Wave, deals one damage to each opponent's creatures and makes it so that they can't block. Now this next part is not budget but Breath of Fury used repeatedly on goblin tokens after a cosmetronic wave is almost invariably a game winner

An Artefact Creature that also works well with goblins: Bloodline Pretender 3colorless (2/2); Whenever another Creature of the Chosen type enters the battlefield under your control, put a +1 +1 counter on Bloodline Pretender. + he is a Changeling so he is technicaly also a goblin :D I started playing magic after a long time, saw Krenko, but the Kingpin version and instantly knew he is an fun and awesome commander.

There is the budget version of Impact Tremors called Witty Roastmaster. I have that in my Krenko Deck. I won a 4 player game recently but I won with Devilish Valet and Purforos. I think only Devish Valet is budget friendly though.

As someone who plays Krenko Oldschool Goblins in modern format, I love this build. Though I recommend adding the 2 drop Enchantment "Impact Tremors" since it will burn each opponent for every creature you create. Talk about loosing friends quickly...lol

My very first commander deck was Krenko budget goblins and its my most successful deck by a wild margin. From stealing someone's Bolas Citadel in Planechase to making enough goblins while impact tremors was up to murder 2 players at once, The Grimy Crime boys never let me down.

I like using Sting (legendary equipment from LoR) to give Krenko some haste and untap him every battle phase which is just hilarious salt. I don't know how expensive it is because I play it on Arena but it's probably the reason I have no friends

If you were willing to go for a non budget krenko deck - you could grab every way to have extra combats on your turn, and then grab helm of hosts and put it on krenko. Then pop off in one turn - you can have like 6 total krenko activations in one turn, so you can have 64 times as many goblins

I love Goblin Assassin and I have actually killed myself by having it on the field and tapping krenko for an obscene ammount of goblins while having also Rundvelt Hordemaster on the field. I lost most of my flips and milled myself to death by accident. It was amazing!

The other addition I have is Ben-Ben, Akki Hermit, use him the the Thornbite Staff, played in proper order it auto equips. The pivotal round in mid game while building use him to pick off someone creature on your turn, and then do again on the next oppentents turn. Then do it two more times on each other players turn, and you pissed off all 3 friends at the table. As they realize he taps to kill, and the staff untaps him for killing.

for people looking for staffless infinates, skirk prospector and andy haste giver with enough goblins to start can create a goblin piston that powers your game to win town by sacrificing krenko after you tap him for at least 6 new goblins and recasting him with haste to tap him again but now use the extra goblins you just got to create enough mana to recast him again, repeat for infinate bois

Hey, super noob mtg enthusiasts and ygo player here, I have a question about goatnapper. Generally speaking in YGO it's considered bad deck building if you put cards in your deck that requires your opponent to have a specific strategy (i.e. you put Eradicating Aerosol in your deck so if your opponent is playing an insect deck you have a board wipe), isn't similar in MTG? Why put a card in your deck only for a chance that they play a changeling monster? Unless changeling is very prevalent in commander I feel like there are better option instead of relying on your opponent's strategy

I always thought of Morophon as a Slivers Commander core piece. Add it to a Sliver Overlord commander deck, Tutor for Morophon then play the other high slivers free of charge.

Crown of fury may be helpful I like it. Aura that gives enchanted creature plus 1 plus 0 and first strike. No cost sacrifice to sacrifice the enchantment and each creature that shares a type gets first strike and plus 1

Here's a $3.00 war crime that might get you punched in the face Bazaar Trader {T}: Target player gains control of target artifact, creature, or land you control. Parts 1: if you have Goblin King online, give your opponent a land and Mountain walk your way to victory. Part 2: When you gain control of an opponent's creature you can then activate the Trader and choose yourself to gain control of it again. The effect replace the "return creature at the end step" with "oh I'm sorry, did you think you were getting your commander back this game".

I play a krenko mob boss deck and I'm hated because I have an illusionist brasser and a sting, glittering dagger in that deck. Plus puppet string and other artifacts that can untap krenko mob boss to keep getting more and more goblins. The most I have ever did with krenko is 8 times in one turn.

This is the kind of deck that begs to have rabbit battery. 1 mana to cast, 1 mana to equip, mob boss is now invulnerable to bolt/abrade damage and enters with haste. If you draw it it's enough of a reason to wait 1 extra turn to cast krenko
