4:56 The pedestrians are just as nuts. If I lived in Russia I'd be jet packing around the place. It literally looks like someone teleported an ancient civilization, thru time, and they ended up here with cars and on day one were told to just "get in and drive...you'll figure it out." The shear ignorance is staggering; its like the people with dementia, who are shit faced, suicidal, sociopaths, 5 yrs old or having heart attacks are the only ones on the roads. Almost every accident I see is off the charts NOT what I'd expect to see in the U.S. What I'm seeing leading up to these accidents (the driving skills) I do not see on American roads. Rarely if ever.

@aheimdahl52019 жыл бұрын
+Red Pillman The situation over there is certainly tragic but honestly, your characterization of it had me absolutely rolling XD From what I understand though, when cars first showed up in numbers the US 100 years ago we had the same problems (much less population density at the time, though). But we're much better now :D I agree that I have never seen the kind of sheet that I see on these videos on US roads.....I have been driving since 1976 and yeah we have accidents but in these vids are constant and continual WTFs, you gotta be kidding me's and oh hell no kind of situations. The first Rule of the Road that was drilled into my head by my parents I learned at like 5 years old. Look both ways before crossing the street and NEVER cross until it is safe to do so. The Russian folk just rush out into the street without looking..kids AND adults O.O No shame in their game, I reckon.....
@aheimdahl52019 жыл бұрын
+FMHammyJ That's 'cause vehicles cost so doggone much over here, nobody wants their car (or themselves) to get hurt. That last one with the double-trailer had me wondering just how did the camera car *NOT* get hit. +NShighnoser The worse part though is that folks that have gotten hurt in wrecks here in the US have tried to sue the Good Samaritan(s) that has come to help and that puts a chilling effect on people wanting to help accident victims. I think it is a rare occurence though and I don't know if any lawsuits were actually won by the creeps who try to sue folks who may have kept them from dying. But yes, Russians are very good about helping out as much as possible if there is an accident.
