As for "muscle building is determined by your genetics" this is true of course, some people have a higher capacity for muscle building and some build muscle faster than others. However I truly believe that everyone without a disability of some sort can build plenty of muscle naturally given 5-10 years of consistent training and diet. And having a lot of muscle will create the illusion of a better frame even if you have small wrists, narrow shoulders, and wide hips.

For fact 3 on body: I have a flaw in the study I would like to note: They didn't show pictures of Women at various BMIs & ask Men to rate how attractive they are, which would've been the most honest method to measure the ideal BMI for Women. Instead, they looked at Women's self reported height-weight ratios (Women are certainly lying here, and bigger liars have better dating success) and correlated it with dating success. In my personal experience, Men say Women who are around 5'4"-5'6" at 140-155 lbs who do a decent amount of exercise are most attractive in terms of body shape. But those types of Women self report they're more around the low 100s, not mid 100s.

Yes women who let themselves go tend to be meaner/sociopathic(AKA anti social personality point 8) towards men in my experience compared to those who dont let themselves go. To bench 315 for the first time though I dirty bulked to 215 lbs years later out of frustration. I can hit it now around 185 lbs 2 years later. But I certainly couldn’t hit it before the bulks.
