He had gonial masseter implants and most of the time it makes the person look uncanny if his maxilla isn’t very projected hence this individual. If he has his mandible done as well and reduced the masseter muscles, it would look more proportional and less uncanny. Number two would be the chin. It’s too pointy for his facial structure. Again, if the surgeon worked on his mandible and made him chin wider and square, it would’ve looked a lot less uncanny. Number three would be his browride, its set way too high. The jaw and the eye area doesn’t suit the face. And number four least of all he put on makeup so it makes males look even more uncanny since men aren’t supposed to wear makeup. Overall, other features suit him and he doesn’t look super uncanny or bad. He may look more gay and feminine(especially due to the nose and lips, he still ascended.
