So many people have been giving Lush bad reviews of their make up. So I'm hoping they comeback and listen to what beauty bloggers are saying to make their products better. They have really awesome skincare products. I loveeeee their masks, but no way in hell am I buying their makeup.

Thats a lie I used their products for ages and my skin was horrible I ceased using their products and used a natural soap making company and my skin was back to normal. They use preservatives that are not natural and are nasty. There are so many small companies who make great shampoo soaps and balms and beauty products why on earth anyone would use lush is beyond me.

They don't even know those products, they are full of nasty chemicals they say they need as preservatives but you don't they don't want to pay what it really would cost to be natural. My skin was garbage while I used their soaps and bath bombs and when I switched to a small company after trying a few different companies I settled on one called (baking mad soaps.) I have never looked back and I even use their shampoo soaps on my dogs and one dog was allergic to normal soap and not a rash on here from BMS soaps. Check it out google them. Or try a company that is similar and doesn't use bad preservatives.

Pink loose powders are actually aimed at people with blue/purple undertones which is why you should actually bake with it if you have bad bags under your eyes. Think of your colour wheel. If you have a red undertone this powder will turn you into a tomato. ☺

lush's main focus isn't really makeup but the reason its expensive is because it's vegan

NinaTotsNat Not sure about their makeup, but a lot of their stuff is also handmade as opposed to being mass-produced, so they have to give a cut to that person as well. That and the natural ingredients is generally why you end up at a higher price point for a small amount of product since batches are smaller. Then they need to add value to make a profit, but the majority of people that consistently buy LUSH products can afford to spare that.

Do you have any tips for foundation that oxidizes? I use YSL touche e clait and it really yellows throughout the day. I use loose powder over and bake and it still oxidizes.

Im totally in sync with your review on the eyeliner. I bought a purple one thinking it would be great and it was SUPER thick and clumpy. it gathered unevenly on the brush, which didn't help my eyeliner struggles at all

with lush as a brand i wouldnt expect their foundation to have ultra full coverage or anything like that. do you reckon if you used a different brush with the liner and mascara it would improve the product? i use the foundation just like a tinted moisturizer myself sometimes and find it helps with redness but yeah the coverage isnt quite there

I find that it oxidizes like crazy, and I had the light pink shade. I used NYX translucent setting powder on top of it and set it with a setting spray and it looked a million times better than it did without powder and setting it. I also found that it was way too drying on my skin, which is dry to normal and this product is probably intended more for oily skin. Overall, there are much better natural makeup meets skincare products than the products Lush produces.

Lush's sister company B Beautiful before they folded did AMAZING make up. Like eyeliner in a wooden pot with a wooden applicator like used to have in Egyptian times. I miss B so much. Lush's new stuff. NOPE. I love lush but I felt conned by the make up thinking it would be like B.
