Not 4-5 years, for last 20 years. In 2010, Sadhguru was awarded highest environmental award of India by President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. That award acknowledged his continuous efforts on ground level before 2010. In 2018, his work on Cauvery rejuvenation was recognized by UNO and Indian government adopted the model in form of a dedicated National River Rejuvenation Policy.

When Sadhguru said that he sleeps deep, he meant that he practices "YOGA - NIDRA" which is done by yogis and sadhus to sleep less but feel and energize their body like the sleep of 8 hrs
