Shout out the the young lady in the video. It takes an incredible amount of patience to deal with big personalities never letting you speak. I would've lost my patience after the second time. I hope this opens doors for her.

Everyone has roles🤷🏽‍♂️ it’s not always about people “not letting you speak”. She played her role and played it well. Simple as that💯. Good job Tamira.

I love when b Cox hit that point, I hate when a&r's say "This sounds dated" or "we need to make it sound more like" and it's like wth!? I'm using the SAME sounds as everyone else smh. A big name producer can come along and do the same thing and it's the greatest thing ever smh. Like B Cox said it's about the SONG, If it's a hit, it's a hit. When people don't understand that, it's hella frustrating, especially as an up and coming producer. They don't understand you know what you're doing because you don't have the name

Usher has grown Usher is willing to accept change Chris Brown is still on his same path he’s stuck Chris is unwilling to take criticism R Kelly base line is the Sam in every song He’s created a landscape of music that he’s been king So why should he change Usher is the golden ticket 🎟️

I shouldn't be surprised but BMC is a true music historian. I guess you don't become great w/o knowing your past.

Where are the R&B groups? Nobody ever seems to talk about that. Too many lightweights representing "R&B" these days. When Summer Walker is the face of R&B these days then the genre got a BIG problem.
