Tirnaog Four of us had driven up from London that afternoon - we couldn’t get in the away (Celtic) end because of the huge crowd so had to rush down to the corner section turnstile by the Stretford End. Good match, it’s a shame they didn’t show the subsequent pitch invasion where we all ran over to the goalposts by the main Celtic support cheering & singing & dancing with our starry plough tricolours!!! Great memories!

@@daveh5986 I can remember my mates got in the Stretford End with their memberships and i had to go in the Stretford Paddock in the corner. I think that is where you will have been. I can remember a few Celtic fans around us singing, but they also sang there's only 1 Bryan Robson. One of the greatest ever!

Celtic were not bad then. Man U were a very good team too, very competitive, Sco v Eng I suppose and we wanted to win more. Respects to Bryan Robson, what a hero.
