They’re both good. I’ve been using fast moss more lately but they’re both the same software basically (just a different interface)

You’re supposed to have the product on TikTok shop yeah…but if your edit is good you can get away with it sometimes. I’d suggest using this more for ad videos or explainer videos for a brand/product

It depends on a lot of different factors...how good you are, if your client can afford it, supply and demand (meaning do you have clients and proof of helping others or not), etc... if you're starting then chances are you need to charge A LOT less to get some clients and get them results first

Incorrect the whole aim is that you can market your product without having to send products to customers. At the moment, you can use it alongside B-Roll to great effect.
