several years ago I saw a beat up Harley with a shovel head at the front & pan on rear, the owner not only toured with it he rode it to work, probably the coolest Motorcycle I have seen, being born 1951 Aussie & still ride I have seen some, Of the many bikes I have owned looking back I will tell you the three best---- 1969 Triumph TR6P--- 1940 Indian Chief--- 1974 FLH, Yes a AMF I rode it hard for over six years, all I had to do was Stator, valve guides and fork seals, I worked out how to get the banana brakes to work...

I had a few horrible bikes I bought from paper delivery after school, a little English bike, Panther. the next was a BSA bantam, not much better an old fella gave me an AJS 350 it would not start, being fourteen and could not take it home ( my parents hatted motorcycles & thought I was to dumb to ride)I was lucky to know a old guy who had ridden bikes, he got it running, next was a Ariel Red Hunter 500 it could hit 80mph...

He fell off his bike doing his "trick" A trick that every kid has done on their bike 1000 times.But for some reason if Larry did it was somehow amazing.

And, since he was way too fuckin “cool” to wear even the most basic of helmets, he died from a head injury. An injury that probably only would’ve given him a slight headache if he’d of had a helmet on.
