This was so nostalgic for me to see. I used to love this beautiful mall, it was part of my childhood and Maxx Fun was fun, while it lasted. Sad to see this mall no longer exists.

@@25JamilSooSexyy25 remember that dragon ride that spun around when you got in it? (You got into the belly of it and it had a little black table looking thing that you could use to spin you around more). There were 3 tall dragons; pink, blue, and purple. 😊🦋 Ohhh and that tiny little rollercoaster that had some kind of orange and black canyon / desert looking background to it. It was a little baby coaster with one tiny little hill in it 🤭

Glad you have a video of the mall. I used to go here all the time when I was a kid. The food court's a bit different now than it was then (it used to have an elevated eating area). Glad you remember Tilt, that place was tons of fun. Don't seem to see much of Tilt in any mall anymore :(. Union Station/Shannon Mall might not be as big as Southlake Mall, but I still like it in its own way - mainly for memories.

A friend of mine and I used to go to this mall back in the 80s. It was busy back then and the Tilt arcade was fantastic. I remember they had a Space Shuttle pinball - one of my favorites, among other great games. The Chick-Fil-A is still in exactly the same spot as I remember it. Shannon is sadly pretty much a dead mall these days.

I remember going to this mall all the time as a kid. Once the Fayette Pavillion and Arbor Place was built they lost a lot of business. Camp Creek Marketplace was the death of this place. It was sad during the last few years just how dead this mall really was.
