The most simplest example I have heard. Very easy to pickup with practice. I have one question, do I have to keep in steps with the drum beat. Thanks

Thank you! There's two ways you could go about it. You could try to play with the drum beat and be rhythmic with your improvisation or you can try to completely float over the beat. Both are useful tactics, but definitely being able to play with the rhythm is a very necessary tool.

Beautiful work! I now know where I'm messing up...I'm not making those great faces!! 😂 But seriously..great tutorial. I'm still very early, and practice can be very boring and depressing sometimes...but mixing this into my practice will spice it up!

thanks so much! yeah just keep at it and try to make it interesting for yourself. There definitely will be plenty of times you want to smash the instrument into a million pieces. Trust me, I've been there.
