Running was the thing that helped the most with my chronic anxiety. Just getting out there and getting a brilliant oxygen high was so therapeutic! Sadly I can't run any more due to arthritis, but every time a see a woman out there running I think bloody good for her!

Hi, the moment when she said that your probley lying down and watching this on your phone stuck out to me as I was doing exactly that! So I decided to download a couch to 5k and went for my first run in like FOREVER thanks so much for this video. I genuinely did feel soooooo much better. ❤❤

This is perfect! Thank you The Pool, I've just discovered your channel and it's great. I have recently come out the other side of a depressive episode, I'm now learning to manage it and can relate to a lot of this video. I felt moved by this talk! Only point I want to make is, I'm from Holland and would have loved to get an introduction as to who these lovely ladies are? Apart from that - só funny - I'm in Prague at the moment (5 day city trip), and I am the women laying on her hotelbed, just have finished wayyyyy to much food on this trip (of course I also walked for miles, in order to see things 😁), but was just saying to myself that I hàve to go to the gym this week. So you touched and inspired me with this! The only thing I wanted to know how running did or did not effect the knees? I do spinning as an excercise and weights, to be more carefull. 😘
