@bryton sport Could you please help me or give me some guidance, I have recently bought the Bryton 750, it's all going fine but if I stop for more that 30 mins for a cafe stop the unit turns of, when u stop it's in smart pause and then turns off 30 min later, also when the battery goes flat is it correct that you will loose your ride? When it powers back on it says file incomplete, the ride will save on the unit but won't upload on my bryton app on the phone, would be great if you could offerr any views, cheers Jason

Really want to buy 750 instead of garmin 830 but two things on 750 are so bad IMO (not bothered about slow processor). 1. Blinking red light can't be stopped when riding and is on every screen? Could be super annoying. Should be constant on record, blink on pause. 2. Screen is so reflective, worse than the garmin, yet doesn't go as bright as the garmin. Can it be covered with a matte screen protector? Why not use glass with a matte finish? Thanks.

Can i use the bryton 750 without sensors ? I have already a heart rate from my Aero60 and i’m not interested in cadence. Thanks a lot
@BrytonActive4 жыл бұрын
Yes you can. The Rider 750 does not require sensors for speed. Other ANT+ or BLE sensors, such as the Aero 60 HR sensor, will work perfectly with the Rider 750 as well after simple pairing.

Hi there. Yes, it will need the phone with the internet to plan the route. You can follow a planned route on the device without the phone and the internet connection.

And why if the device stuck all your progress data is gone ? The brightness of screen accepted only after restart. How to know how many percents are charged battery when device is on charging mode ? When deleting follow tracks, device deleting randomly not what you selected. It's a lot of minuses...

@BrytonActive3 жыл бұрын
Hello, thank you for your question! The Rider 750 supports electronic gear-shifting systems including Shimano’s Di2, SRAM’s eTap and Campagnolo’s EPS. Gear information, such as gear ratio, gear combo and even battery life (such as on the ESS), are displayed immediately on the Rider 750, eliminating the need to manually check the crankset and cassette.

At 5:45 there is no satellite connection. Later on you say “we have acquired satellite connection and we are good to go on out ride “ but you did not tell us how to acquire satellite connection?????
@BrytonActive3 жыл бұрын
Hello, thank you for your question! You can see at 6:30 that satellite connection has been acquired by the icon in the top-right corner of the device. Satellite connection is established when the Rider 750 is outside, powered on and has a clear view to the sky without building cover, overhangs, tunnels or anything else that would obstruct view of the sky. This normally takes only a few seconds after powering on. We hope this answers your question!

Just got one of these, the screen is really dim, how they never clocked this during the development stages I don't know, it's a shame really because it is a good device, the other disappointing thing is no usb c, why companies still use the micro usb I really don't know. I don't know if they could squeeze a bit more brightness from a firmware update, but they definitely dropped the ball with the screen brightness

After my second Garmin Edge 520 died unexpectedly I decided to try something different - the Wahoo ELEMNT Bolt instead of the Garmin 530. Boy! I'm glad I did. kzbin.infoUgkxXZCtB-wGdHVTBSz8RswePK5vllHNi06N The display on the Wahoo Bolt is much easier to read. I like the configuration of the display more (up to 7 items visible on page 1 without scrolling and the first item chosen is larger characters than the next 3 rows that have pairs of items (still very readable). I also like the configurable item selections. The Bolt synced with my Garmin ANT+ Speed sensors on both bikes easily so no additional investment was required there. While the rated battery life is a couple hours less than the Garmin 520/530, I easily get a weeks worth of 1+ hour rides before recharging (and it's never really low on charge). At the end of a ride syncing to the Wahoo app, Strava, and Apple Health app is painless.
