7:30 - Agreed! The garmin mount is fine for the bryton computers. It doesn't "click" into place, but its snug and its never fallen off. You just need to make it straight to your liking (90 degrees)

@@PatrickDelorenzi my trek madone comes with a garmin mount but Bryton doesn't have the accessory available on their site. They were good about providing me an insert on my other bikes computer mount. I didn't see them available though (the little disk with 2 hex screws) So, on my Trek, I stick with the garmin mount.

The Bryton will click into the Garmin mount if you shorten the 2 little pie shaped bumps or make the dimples in the Bryton longer.

Hi! 99% of the time my gps connects straight away, very rarely that happens to me also, it might take 20 sec - 1 minute to conncet; Unfortunately I don't know why!

I have a rider 320 for almost 2 years now and my only regret is not having spent the extra little bit of money to buy the 420 because of it's navigation. Now I'm considering either the 750 ot the s800. One thing I noticed is that exists the 750 like that one and the 750 SE which is very similar but has 40 hr of battery life. What is the difference between 750 and 750 SE other than that and slightly different look and dimensions?

Agreed! I have Bryton 410 for few years and it rules! It has monochromatic screen and the battery lasts even longer. Bryton app is a bit buggy but it’s getting better. You are in Italy right?

Can I load GPX files to the 750? I want to use turn by turn maps when in Europe and the tour company says they have GPX files available for self guided tours

If you have komoot, you can link komoot and Bryton active so all the courses you out on komoot automatically are loaded into Bryton active app; then you do “send to device” and the route is loaded to the 750. Turn by turn navigation I think is doable (there is the option to download to device as turn by turn - route - virtual ride) but I personally don’t use it so can’t really say yes or no

@@PatrickDelorenzi one would assume turn by turn is doable because of the maps in the App and the unit once rides are saved. The 420 has turn by turn navigation but, no maps. With the 750 being at a bigger price point , again, I would assume turn by turn would be doable. Dumb question, Kamoot is a 3rd party route planner right? Plan it, save it, share it, ride it?

Il Bryton ha i suoi punti forti (mappe) e deboli in realtà niente di che, magari qualche roba a caso che succedono una volta ogni tanto 🤣), il Gardia Radar invece davvero tantissima roba. Posso solo che parlarne benissimo e lo uso tutti i giorni e ne sono pienamente soddisfatto

@@PatrickDelorenzi considera che io oggi ho il 320, che è molto basic ma che comunque trovo davvero comodo. Sto facendo l'upgrade al 750 soprattutto per il radar, l'unico modo per girare in relativa sicurezza per le nostre strade trafficate.

@@PatrickDelorenzi I have both the 420 and 750 and they're both great. 750 is my primary unit now though because of the better screen and the mapping, and in the future because it supports the Garmin Varia which I plan to buy.

Good idea to make this long term review. Very useful for devices like this. I like that you mentioned that the device was provided by the manufacturer. It doesn't have barometric altitude, right? I liked that on my old 810 I could have info about the slope while riding, useful for MTB.

@@iulian2548 ​ @7empest unfortunately I haven't tried the 830! Regarding the screen quality i would rate it VERY high, it's dope; for the responsiveness, it's gotten way better, but it's not as good quality wis eas the display (but still works good imho)

@Raúl Sal yeah it's getting really cheap these days! I think it's because they released the s500 but IMHO the rider 750 is better because of the bigger screen
