About the kit:
The Grannas Racing 8.8 kit for the Subaru BRZ / Scion FRS / Toyota GT86 is a bolt in kit, which only requires minor trimming to the rear subframe to adapt the 8.8 rear girdle to the stock subframe mounting points. The girdle not only allows the adaptation, but also makes the 8.8 case itself much stronger, much in the way a girdle does on the main caps in a motor.
This video covers everything required to do the install. In this video the customer chose the Driveshaft Shop Pro Level axles with billet wheel hubs as well as had me build the Ford Thunderbird iron case IRS differential. This kit will also work with the identical in size aluminum case, commonly found in the Mustang Cobra and Lincoln MK8. It WILL NOT work with the explorer 8.8 case.

The factory diff is " not weak " as you say, but you have fitted an engine with 4 times the torque hence the reason for a bigger safety margin,

i have heard that 2-3 degree angle is good for driveshaft joints so they can lubricate better. Off course it will cause more stress to rotate. Who knows witch is better way to angle pinions..

Typically diffs angle up about 2-3 degrees and transmissions angle down about 2-3 degrees

Why does the diff cradle stick so far on the drivers side looks like lots of room between the cradle and diff to be more compact and tighter to the diff on that side eliminating having to cut the sub frame also couldn’t you building the cradle and the front mount to move the diff forward enough to eliminate having to get a drive shaft or would would that cause vibration having the axles angled forward?
