This reminds me of a creepy pasta I tried writing in Jr High where the person played P3FES and then when they got to the first battle where thanatos does his thing, he becomes real and murders people or something cringe like that. Needless to say I didn't get far into it and never unleashed that upon the world

It being an earlier title was a wise choice. In the dorm before you first awaken your persona, go up to the top floor, before you're supposed to. It gives this creepy, 'you shouldn't be here, player' vibe. As I understand, the earlier games had a somewhat darker or at least less 'J-Pop-y' tone (with their music if nothing else).

I didn’t think it was possible, but less happened in this story then the first persona story sure more detail pieces show up and it tries to be spoopier, but ultimately literally nothing of substance happened, at least the first one was supposed to be a part 1 so it’s mostly “establishing the normal world” so to speak.

And then Nyx had hyper-realistic eyes and did an attack but it had a glitch name and did 666 damage and then hyper-realistic blood came out of screen and all the characters died hyper-realistically and I became skeleton. The end. I hope you enjoyed my Fiend origin story.
