Just Brought one similar condition for 200 local shop. Had one early 90s but was sold long time ago. So picking another up now, over the moon. Only had a few days loving it all over again. Cheers for the video.👍

Excellent, I still have my original BSA Airsporter mark VI I bought back in the day, Had it for years, made the mistake of selling it to a chap, Luckily I worked with him, and as luck would have it, he'd hardly used it, And some years ago, I bought it back off him, for the price he paid me, And I have had it since, now I'm retired, I'm looking to find a local Field target Air rifle club, to take up shooting again, I also have an original Webley Vulcan in .177 which I converted and put a new spring in years ago, a restored by myself 1962 BSA Meteor, and 1958 Cadet Major, And a BSA Scorpion , plus a Crossman Pistol, So I'm set up 👍 Both the Vulcan and Airsporter have Scope's fitted, but I have all the original open sights 👍 Cheers Paul

I had one of these in 22 years ago and someone had modded a tube that fitted about 10 pellets in it so you would open the tap and a pellet would drop in, some what like a early magazine, never seen it before and never seen it since, worked very well too, lovely little rifle thanks for sharing..

Tight, smooth tap. Absolutely lovely example-ready for action.

Thats very nice. The Airsporter is a great looking rifle, with classic lines. I have recently bought a mk 3 Mercury in pretty good condition for £50 and its surprisingly accurate. Great video.

I have a Webley Vulcan .22 which I've owned from New. It's near on 44 years old from Empire stores Catalogue on the Never Never (about £3 a week) Still shoots very well with same main spring. Maybe you could please review one?? Wish I'd never sold back my .22 Mercury & HW35 though.

I’d also say a beginner could choose a nice second hand quality rifle for not much money and have something a bit special,it’s a great idea.
