Nice video! I recently took it upon myself to figure out how to fix a scope since my bsa outlook 3-9x40's windage adjustment stopped working. Bsa is sending me a replacement for free and told me to chuck the broken one in the trash but I can't bring myself to do that without trying to fix it. Do you have any recommendations on what I should be doing to fix the windage adjustment not working, it clicks just won't change the POI. Never done anything like this before so any input is much appreciated

I looked at a photo of the Outlook online. It appears to have capped turrets. Turrets are normally a simple affair with a threaded post moving in and out. Can't imagine why it would not be moving the reticle. If you go to my home page you'll find a scope repair playlist. Watch DIY Scope Repair Part 1 to see a turret removed from a Nikon scope. Don't see how the threads could be stripped unless it's not metal. You can wrap a piece of leather around the turret and remove it with pliers. May require a little heat. Let me know what you find. Also check out the follow up video on the BSA repair if you get a chance. Thanks for watching.
