Damn, Rob sure balded a lot between 1988 and 1990. During the 'Mercenaries of Metal / Ram It Down' tour in 1988, his hair looked like Dee Snider's in a pigtail. Like the Waterworld-haircut he had in 1986, just longer and curlier. Halford is still the man though, with or without hair he is cool. From 'Rocka Rolla' to 'Nostradamus'.
