Your videos have helped so much so glad to see you making more! Just a couple q's around including questions in middle of sentence structure if that's okay? So say someone asks me something simple like someone asks me where I work. Some people seem to answer "work me where, actor" and some seem to say just "work me actor". Is there a rule or is it flexible in terms of how I could respond? Same goes for including "why" in a sentence order. In an earlier video you translate something saying "yesterday bridge black cat sitting why fish watching". I guess I was wondering if the "why" is always needed in that too, or whether I could sign "yesterday bridge black cat, watching fish" Thank you again! Your videos are a life saver

Hi thank you. Hopefully answer your questions well. BSL does have flexibility as long as the structure is correct. You could sign work me what, actor. You could make it briefer by pointing to yourself and signing actor work.As well head nods or shakes add info. For example, actor work (shake head) you're saying you don't work as an actor, or actor work (head nod) you're telling me you do work as an actor. I love bsl linguistics but I better stop there.😃

It’s very similar to king. Your right hand is a claw shape. Put it on the side of your head, then just lift it up slightly keeping the claw shape. It’s a bit like a crown. Hope that makes sense.
