BSL Learn-Homophones

Homophones-Sometimes signs can be tricky if they have the same mouth pattern, or for people that can hear, they have the same sound. (I think.) I have signed some examples. Hope they're helpful and thank you for watching. Mel xx

This is so helpful thank you! For broke how would i know which to use? Is it based on more how its broke eg bone brokw in half, toy broke from dropping it, vs more brokwn down tv, car, oven ect?

Hi thank you. With broke for example, broken arm you could point to your arm then sign broke, like something has snapped. With something like car etc…you use clawed hands and your right hand moves down. Hopefully that’s helpful.
