With scoresaber standards at least, Garsh is currently number 3 (I would say is second best speed player, and is very close in skill, maybe even tied with the number 1 speed player, cerret) and Kira number 6. That being said, the current PP system is in modification and heavily favors high accuracy over speed (most of the high page maps are midspeed atm,) something that kira, an acc player is very good at.

Not only that, it's super competetive. Especially at this level where players are competing for that extra .3% on the accuracy score.
