Ok, actually bsnl security deposit leta hai to kahi first bill me add hokar Ata hai ..to kahi kahi deposit part pehle pay krne ko bolte hai.ye dhyan dena agar pehle pay krte ho to baad me add hole naa aye.

Sir, I have a problem. Please help me. I took BSNL connection on 30.03.2023. My plan is Rs 329. BSNL produced bill and I must may it by 19.04.2023. and they included the charge of the month April too in the bill. They charged as Rs 31.23 (for 30.03.2023 to 31.03.2023) + Rs 329 (for 01.04.2023 to 30.04.2023) and it is clearly mentioned in the bill. Does it not mean BSNL is prepaid. Why would I go to pay bill in advance??? Do they generally make bill like this? Or am I facing this issue for myself only. Please help me as soon as possible🙏🙏

Actually 1 April se rules change ho gye ab se next month ka pehle hi liya jayega aur yadi connection close karna hai to current month ka calculate karke bsnl office me jake bhar dena

Today we spoke with a representative of bsnl customer care but they said no fee is charged, just Rs 500 will be insisted with my 1st bill, moreover BSNL does not charge any extra for setting up the fiber connection and instalation.Than why the local vendor asking 6000 for installation?

Actually at maximum places BSNL has partnered with franchisee on revenue share basis all over India for providing fiber connection to the customers with no financial and logistics support from BSNL . So that's why they charges fees from customer and provide everything like modem,fiber, maintenance etc. from their own cost . In case in your area connection is not provided by franchisee rather by BSNL, then bsnl will not take charges .

sir my bill shows this Adjustment For BHARAT_FIBER_BB_Termination_Charges-SAC-998412 and charges me 319.47 rs but after it shows WELCOME-DISCOUNT-90%-RENTAL-MAX -RS 500 and discount me rs 288.18 rs i dont understand as i have not rented anything one more thing do bsnl charges on plan change as i have changed the plan in the first month will i be charged again if i change the plan ?? please reply THANKS SIR

No you won't be charged again for plan change ...and bsnl gives you 90% discount on your 2nd bill amount . that is what it is
