Aap apne near ke bsnl office se apne voice calling ki sabhi setting lekar ek baar VLAN aur VoIP ki user ID aur password verify karke isi tarah setting kar lo chal jayega.

Aap ek baar VoIP using SIP ka VLAN aur proxy server ka address jaroor confirm karen. Voice calling ke liye WAN ki setting me Service mode VOICE lete hain aur Internet ke liye INTERNET lete hain. Ek baar sabhi configuration data ko verify kar ke dubara se configure kiya ja sakta hai

I get the registered status but when I call on landline it says, user is not accepting call, also cannot call from landline

Get the facility on your number checked in switch of service provider and check the voip application basic and advanced setting about the codec preference. Definitely call will be success for incoming and outgoing.

I can receive and dial calls to other number using my ftth voip phone but no dial tone can be heard....only beep can be heard....how can we bring it to normal?

@7Continents don't worry about the classic dial tone you have heard on Landline telephone. It was managed by the Telephone Exchange equipments. Now a days in FTTH technology many equipments have been replaced and the whole network got modified so you may not be able to get that classic dial tone back.

Agar sirf incoming call ho pa rahi hai to aap BSNL official se apne number ki calling status ko check karwayen ho sakta hai outgoing barred enabled ho nahi to ek baar Soft Switch me number recreate karwalo, chal jayega.
