Alphion Router 1143 se syrotech G/EPON-ONU router ko second wife router Bana sakte hai. Lan cable ke dawara. Second Syrotech router ka wifi kam karega ki nahi.

Alphion 1143 GPON ONT hoti hai. jisko aap main router ki tarah use karna chahte hain aur secondary WiFi router Syrotech ko banana chahte hai. Aapko Syrotech Router ki DHCP service stop karni hai aur iska LAN IP bhi Alphion router se different series leni hai. It will definitely works. If there is any issue comment here, I will try to resolve.

अगर router का login वाला पासवर्ड change किया है तो router को लॉगिन नए पासवर्ड से ही करना पड़ेगा। और अगर router को reset किया गया है तो जो कंपनी का default पासवर्ड है उससे लॉगिन करना होगा। और कोई समस्या आ रही है तो बताएं यहाँ समाधान बताया जाएगा।

SAGAR ji agar abhi kuch dino me problem aani shuru hui hai to ho sakta hai ki backend network me koi dikkat aayi ho. Aap ek baar TIP vendor se baat karke ya to apne se hi modem router me received PON (received optical power) ko check karwayae. Ho sakta hai ki LOSS badh gaya ho.

VoIP (Voice) services ke liye ek alag se virtual LAN ka network hota hai jiska ek VLAN ID hota hai. hum log apne area me 1830 use karte hain. Status UP aane ka matlab hai ki hum voice network me enter ho pa rahe hain aur jo server (192.168.149.78) hume voice service dega wo reachable hai fir bhi LandLine number out of order aa raha hai matlab ki hum voice service ka user name ya password wrong daal rahe hain ya fir BSNL side switch me number creation ke time koi issue hua hai. Apne area ke BSNL office ja kar pehle VoIP(voice) service ka data verify karwayen aur ho sake to Switch me number delete karwa ke dubara create karwaye. Problem solve ho jayega.

Probably It may be a problem of the DNS server. Better to configure google DNS 8.8.8.8 in your Alphion 1143 router's LAN IP setting. Hope this will resolve your problems.

आप अपने नजदीकी BSNL आफिस जाकर वहां के अधिकारी से मिलकर अपनी समस्या बताएं और उनसे अपने FTTH सर्विस कनेक्शन की डिटेल्स जैसे - pppoe user name - password - VLAN ID - VoIP account No - VoIP password - Voice calling VLAN - SIP proxy address लेकर इस राऊटर को फिर से सेटिंग कर लीजिए। इस process में सभी डिटेल्स मिल जाने के बाद ही राऊटर को factory reset करें और फिर नई सेटिंग कर सकते हैं।

Kindly ask your vendor or service provider about the FTTH no given to you. Also ask them about VLAN ID, Account No and password for Internet and VoIP services.

Series means the starting number of your FTTH. For Example ftth number formats are like (STD code + FTTH Number). FTTH number may starts like 291xxx, 295xxx, 296xxx, 297xxx, 298xxx, 299xxx and many more. You have to configure according to your configuration data. Process may be same for all number series.

In FTTH VoIP services you might be missing that Classic dial tone as that dial tone was generated by Telephone Exchange Switch. As this ia VoIP calling via SIP and your hand set is connected through Router, so there may be no proper dial tone but you are able to dial any mobile number followed with 0 (i.e. 094xx94xxxx) If still calling is one way then check router VoIP settings and contact service provider.

Kindly tell the purpose of VLAN you need. i.e. need for voice calling or just to know on which vlan you are using your internet connection. Actually pppoe needs VLAN which is sometimes needs to configure in router and sometimes it is untagged at the OLT (service provider equipment) side. It is totally depends upon the network architecture they used.
