did everything but my laptop with i7 is copying at 4.5MB/s and my mini laptop with intel atom is copying files at 25mb/sec

ah yes...!! The last step worked very well more than double my transfer speeds! though slows down the computer because a lot of the RAM space is used for transferring the file... still happy though thanks a lot for the info

it works a little for me, cause i'm still getting 0 bytes/s but not as long as before. i can get into 12% for 5 minutes copying 23Gb files while i'm getting into 12% for almost 15 minutes before this. thanks a lot dude!

If slow speed in usb 3.0 then pause the transfer for 4 to 5 seconds and resume, transfer speed will increase
