Introduction of Creamy layer system is best by Supreme Court. Because a politician or corporate etc who belong to SC or ST was getting same treatment as of a poor rikshaw puller or labour of same category. How would their child compete with those. This is a very good judgment. And on the question of politicalization of sub categorization system, definitely Suprem court or Govt will come with a robust documented criteria system for doing so.

With these categorisation all 59 subcastes have opportunity as per their population. In UP Chamars are more so they will get more jobs. So it is justice. It is said Chamars are getting more share (North India) and Equivalent caste Madigas getting less share (South India). There should be understanding on this issue also. In India reservation like benifits are getting by forward castes deceiving poor (SC and ST's).

Just like Shah Bano case, which activated the elite Muslims, now elite SC, ST are showing their colour in opposing any move to give benefits to most backward and helpless SC, STs.
