BT-17: Diaboromon / Armageddemon (Digimon Card Game)

Not bad, honestly. Glad to know about the clock. It did sound clunky. Laplace sounds like a funny tech that could happen. Especially with the aces in your deck. I go between bt2 and bt5 meta because the draw is nice. Scrambles would be good in this deck considering you want to get into Diaboromon asap. I do hope for a new Arata. Maybe in a cyber sleuth/ HM themed box. The armageddemons, a fair split. Bt5 is easily the better one with how easily splashable many cards are but both are powerhouses.

Can't wait to play this in the west. I have one suggestion, cut down on the Kurisarimon, and find a way to add Omnimon Swart into the deck. Then take the Infermon from EX6 to 4x. If you have Diaboromon tokens out you can go into a Omnimon Swart, hard play 2 Infermon from the trash, then go into aces or just the EX6 Diaboro and really wreck your opponents Board.

I kinda hard disagree that Clock is a brick early game. Its 3 cost spawn a token, which can set up EX6 Infermon for a follow up play even if you don't have a Diaboromon to slot it under. I also think EX6 Diaboromon is pretty bad into the current meta. Paildramon suspends your board and prevents you from using the Blocker or Jamming of your Tokens, and yellow-blue hybrids gain unblockable from their Tamers. On top of that it's very vulnerable to removal as well, often making it a 1 time thing that doesn't stick about. I've been having way more success using Bt17 Diaboromon because it slots the clocks for free, meaning you get the protection online without needing to pay extra, and the redirect isn't preventable. Using the clock early game to gain a token to abuse with Infermon or armageddomon is also really good cos you can grab it back from the trash later for Diaboromons token effect. I feel like people are really sleeping on how good BT17 diaboromon is as the main boss monster.
