Got to say, this is the best one yet, actually showing the pros and cons of each tank I’m action. The bt-5s ability to quickly speed around the a13 and get rid of it fast with its APHE but lacks the ability to get a guaranteed hit on the move, while the a13 has the ability to shoot precise shots on the move but can have a hard time killing even a 3 manned crew with one shot. This is an accurate dual👍

Personally, I think the second round was a bit unfair. The A13 could've done exactly what the BT did, it would've been slower but really the winner here was the one who had the high ground. Plus, the A13 could've turned around to meet the BT faster with its hull.

A13 list: Better AP, effective (but worse) APHE, stabilizer (this is a REALLY big point) 15 gun depression, 11 degrees of gun elevation speed, better reload (unless both are aced in which case it's the same), comparable (but worse) mobility, more gears, more crew, better ammo placement. BT-5 list: Comparable (but better) mobility, faster reverse speed, more HE filler in APHE shell, slightly smaller signature.

I think that you should stick to the old shooting range method of comparison cuz you can invent a ton of different scenarios for tank battle but by only comparing the aspects of the tanks I think I is more clear example: the armor,the speed,the penetration of the shells etc without making scenarios

second round was a fluke. Also it's wierd to not carry AP-T mk.1 round against such weakly armored enemy. I think that both first and third round would have ended on A13's favour if player prioritised post pen effect instead of penetration alone- After all 1.0-1.7 have only couple of tanks that require mark IX or APHV mark I.

I call Russian Bias the way the BT-5 won round 2 could have been done the exact same way by the A13 mk I. So the tie was only caused by luck not the BT-5 itself. While the BT-5 having APHE ammo is an advantage against a a small tank like the A13 mk I solid shot would have been fine.

It used the terrain and its speed to get a shot on the A13 with no possibility of a return fire, exposing the big difference in their mobility

@@otaviom6480 There isn't a big difference in their mobility, and this was staged. the A13 is probably one of the most well suited tanks to counter a move exactly like this since it has the best vertical guidance speed together with a stabilizer and 20 degrees of elevation. There was most certainly possible return fire, but that wouldn't have looked good enough for the BT if it was shot out of the sky.

Anyone who played BT5 knows its a lot better than any first British vehicles. I mean youve got speed, better cannon, rounds... both have insifficient Armor. But everyone knows that BT5 and BT7 are vicious at higher ranks. Taking on pazer 4 no problem
