This video was filmed at Pyramid Services Inc, a lawn mower store on Highland Avenue in Iowa City, Iowa, United States.
This was the first time in my life seeing a urinal on a tank in person! I think that it might be on a timed tank, but I am not sure.
Fixtures: 1 Eljer urinal (on a tank!); 1 old Gerber toilet
This restroom is awesome!

D = Junky
D- = Very Junky
Scarlet zone:
E+ = Horrible
E = Intolerable
E- = Worthless
Red zone:
F+ = Appalling
F = Dreadful
F- = Absolute Abomination
