ah lord frieza is one of my favorite ultimates in the game, and i think it works better not seeing the blasts hit, its a nice comedical attack, and using it on frieza is hilarious.

I don't think so, in the Anime we didn't see if the really hit Vegeta and so Vegeta had not even a scratch. I guess they made it on purpose to give the feeling of that episode. And I don't think it is nesessary to see each blast that much.

The False Courage and Sleep are actually really helpful...TOGETHER (FC first of course). They work really well in the sense that you can't be stunned and you recover at least 2 bars of health in the process depending on how much damage you sustain while sleeping. Unfortunately this combo can be broken by a grab or rush move, which is why you deploy a hit and run strategy with Cui. Cheap yeah but other than this he's pretty decent.

I don't think possibility cannon is in, but one of his moves does involve a downward blast, and another is just a straight up evil laugh that acts as a counter.

Cui ultimate is a Comedic-Relief con the uselessness of the Energy Barrage attacks. You never see them hit and, usually, their are ineffective. This was Cui last attack versus Vegeta and look how that ended.

So....Budokai Tenkaichi 3, they allowed the guy who reproduces asexually, someone who is the most beautiful and fertile woman on their (blown up) planet, and someone who (surprisingly) has a girlfriend and used the SpaceSkype a lot to speak with them into the game. Then again...Dodoria and Zarbon are actually important. :P

I agree with about qui having sleep, infact it wasn't that bad when Goten had sleep, because Goten is a small child and we have actually seen him sleep in the series not necessarily during battle, but it makes absolutly no sense why Qui should have it. It should've just been given to Super Buu and Kid Buu, because they were the only one to randomly fall alseep during a fight.

He's fast, but in this game, even if you punched a faction of a second late, you would exchange blows. You should be able to dodge/counter once that started.

even if cui had explosive wave you would of complaine about it...cause its sooooooo overused and lazy. althought i see about two or three useful ways it could be used but thats about it. nothing major.
