Turles's Xenoverse 2 moveset was revealed, and it's pretty much similar to this moveset. Kill Driver, Fruit of the Tree of Might, the energy volley (now named Sudden Storm and given a unique look), and a Full Power Energy Wave. Meteor Burst is there, but there's only the energy wave part of the move, no rush.

What I think is interesting is the fact that Turles has all three mouth beam attacks as a Great Ape. Chou Makouhou as Primary Blast 2, Chou Makouhou Barrage as Secondary Blast 2, and Chou Makousen as his ultimate. I know they're generic attacks, but I kinda like that.

from what I remember,Turles isn't an elite class warrior,he was a low class saiyan who survived planet vegeta's destruction,he got powerfull by eating countless fruits from planets he conquered by planting the tree of might,as for nappa not being able to create a fake moon,I dunno,who shoulda have been able too,I guess they were 2 lazy to make him able to do it

Joseph I found out. Elite-class saiyan can control themselves as great apes. The fake moon can be created if the saiyan is skilled enough no matter if elite or low class. And since Turles might be stronger he was able to do.

ColdLyves Only the family of King Vegeta (Vegeta and his brother Tarble), can control the Oozaru form. Turles can make a fake moon that has great power. And Nappa Saiyan is middle class, not the elite.

I think that Turles is pretty cool. It would be cool to see a SSJ form of him in a future game, but they would probably just give him generic attacks, such as a rush and a blast volley. I think it would be cool though if they just amp'd up some of his moves into stronger ones. I don't think they were all that creative with some of the what-ifs in BT3 since many shared the same moves, but they seemed to fix some of these in RB, which I haven't gotten a chance to play.

That's complicate to say about giant ape personnalities for saiyans...Neither Radditz and Nappa nor Turles have actually been seen transformed, so we can't really know about their skills like talking or not and artificial moon or not...but at least, we saw Turles use a fake moon in his movie for...another one else than himself ! Gohan, instead...twisted. So we might guess he normally could talk in giant ape...Radditz shouldn't neither know using fake moon nor talking into giant ape form (how curious it is to see that "red scouters" are always at the top of the "power level chain" and on the other hand "green scouters" always on the bottom of it as much as the most "common scouter's colour"...and "blue scouters" just on the right middle, but most of time on second best sides, even if it's also known as much as the most "uncommon scouter's colour"...I wouldn't be so sure Nappa could use artificial moon, after hearing Vegeta's saying only "chosen ones saiyans" could have and use this power (believing for sure Nappa wasn't a "chosen one" like him, after watching how he treated him for being "useless saiyan" and most again what has he done to him), but by the way he resisted to Piccolo's attack on his tail, believing he finally had just found out his real weakness...which wasn't ! So we could conclude it he may controlled himself by mastered his tail and so must have been able to talk in giant ape like Vegeta...Radditz just fell down on the ground when Goku catch his tail, so he wasn't controlling his tail as well as Nappa did (even if he could use it at least to smash Krillin against Kame House wall's corner like a single punch, but we already knew tough Goku could also use his tail for some actions and strategies of his own during his fights when he was a kid, and so much less powerful than Radditz, of course, and we perfectly know he never managed to control himself while transforming...until god damn super saiyan 4 bullshit with Pan's cry baby sentimental feelings...during access of wild rage into berserk golden giant ape mode !? WTF ????)...

Why didn't Turles have the *Calamity Blaster* as the Ultimate for his base form? *Meteor Burst* could've easily been his Rush. I mean, sure, Turles does actually use a one-handed Energy Blast Volley in the Tree of Might movie...but that Super could've been replaced by the Meteor Burst easily enough. BT3 just didn't reserve enough space in each character's moveset for more moves that they used. Heck, Turles even used a *_finger beam_* in the movie.

The movesets as in the actual combat styles right? Well I have ideas for that, as well as Hero Mode. But I liked the interactive cutscene combo style. That's what I mean by the departure from the BT and RB style. Hell, I have an idea for getting the hero Saiyan to SSJ3. There could even be a Changeling (Cooler, Frieza, etc) hero, since it is a different universe right?

Other than that, he used to work for some organization than had left it and had decided to conquer planets by himself and happened to stumble across Earth with Goku. Well I can understand why most of the monkey forms suck. Aside from Vegeta, Bardock and Fasha, we don't see any of the other Saiyans transform into their giant monkey forms (aside from Kid Goku and Kid Gohan, but that's beside the point). And even then, the only giant monkey we see for more than a few seconds is Vegeta's and even with that one all he really does is stomp around, squeeze Goku and fire one beam from his mouth.
