Oh my GOSH!!! I can't wait to try to make these! I always bought frozen onion rings. They never taste right. If some restaurants don't taste right. Thanks to Big Joe and Meleah's World. I have restarted my love for cooking. I went out and bought all kinds of spices to cook with. Eating out gets so expensive here in the Smoky Mountains. And I love the new recipes that I have found here on your channel and Big Joe and Meleah's World. God bless you for helping this disabled girl find her love for cooking again. I fry chicken and pork chops. Make Meleah's meatballs and meatloaf and so much more. Now I'll be making your onion rings. I didn't know about the ice water and letting them sit and to use sweet onions. But we don't drink beer. So I'll have to go buy me just one bottle of beer. Lol. I'm getting ready to start my own KZbin Channel soon. I'm scared to death. Lol. I want to show people with disabilities the things that they can do and enjoy in the Smoky Mountains. No KZbinr shows that. I lost usage of both my feet due to a rare nerve disease called RSD/CRPS. I wear permanent braces on both feet. But there's so much to the Great Smoky Mountains people with disabilities can do and enjoy. Please keep showing us some cooking recipes. You and Big Joe and Meleah's World have saved this girl. And my husband says that he is gaining weight due to your videos. Lol. God bless you and your family.
