Way easier than the way I did it on mobile. Drop a balloon trap, sell like crazy, get a 003 magic monkey down before the balloon gets to the trap. Miserable. ;)

By far the easiest way is to place a 0-1-4 engineer at the end of the track, micro the trap placement to the correct path, start the round to let it place its trap, and immediately sell into a 4-0-0 sub to decamo the bloon! Loads of time between the selling and placing the sub. Very mobile friendly (as I am a mobile user myself too)

Personally I used a 003 wizard to decamo at the start and 400 glue at the bottom after i sold that.

okay but can we talk about how awful the regular daily challenge is today? The theme is "BTD5" and all they did was restrict all towers to 330 like, setting aside the fact that things like druid and alchemist were enabled, it isn't like BTD5 didn't have any bottom path towers, or tier 4s

Yeah, when I saw it I thought "Did this person play BTD 5?". I tried to make a BTD 5 themed challenge before but it's kinda hard to get it right because they split some of the old upgrade paths when they made the 3rd path.

Yes I’ve seen BTD 1-5 challenges that all do better. The btd3 one was interesting, because the spike-o-pult was its own tower, the whole dart top path was available except ultra jug

I always do freeplay to round 100 on daily challenges for the practice/challenge, so I hate ones like this. Not impossible but very annoying nonetheless since you have to just put down a ton of towers for the BFB.

Yes exactly. It is really surprising how bad the stats for this challenge look at the moment (like 200 000 attempts vs 3400 victorious players), so the sword trick must not be well known 🙂. I usually start by checking the stats to gauge the difficulty of the challenge, but today the stats vs difficulty-o-meter was way off...

I placed a 025 sniper (I had the money). Did the sword trick once the bloon was in sight of the sniper. Took out the popped lead bloon spawns instantly. Basically, the same as in the video except I used a 025 sniper instead of perma spikes.

Dang it, I always forget the sword! I ended up doing a 003 wizard at the top, sold it after camo was stripped, then a quick 004 boomerang at the bottom. Probably didnt need all 4, but man! Took me 5 times to time it correctly - I shoulda just came here but NOOOO had to be a hero didn't I >_

Has anyone else had a bug with the Pouakai, or rather the great condor, where it grabs a MOAB-class bloon, then just flies over the track in circles? Like it doesn't drop the MOAB, but still tries to attack the other bloons but can't due to carrying the MOAB.

I did this with a 0-0-3 Wizard and a 4-0-0 Tack Shooter. I didn't even need a sword on that one.
