For people who watched btd6 content for a while, you may recall aliensrock used to do btd6 content before switching entirely to Roguelite videos. Now btd6 has a Roguelite mode, and it's possible he may return for it.

I’m surprised how good it is for the first iteration of the mode. I play almost exclusively roguelikes, and I feel like this has potential to fit right into the genre. Side note, Bomber Aces with the pin was absolutely clutch for me in early rounds.

Play a lot of Rogue’s (mainly binding of Isaac) and I can’t tell you that the most valuable power by far is the ability to choose. Anything that will increase the number of artifacts, towers etc that you can choose from should be prioritised, particularly at the start as you can snowball ♥️

This is less of an issue with the shop. You're able to swap out any relics you don't like for relics you do like. ISAB's only spending tokens but you can trade your entire relics too - and you don't even lose anything (it's not like they only sell for 50% of the price)

Honestly, a $13.99 expansion for a $5.99 game??? I wouldn't even consider it if it was ANY other game or company.....I am still leaning towards not getting it. The reason is because if I buy it and 6 months or a year from now they bust out with $3.99 expansion... Then I have to buy it and every one after. I don't like the predatory market strategy that they took from other companies. Don't get me wrong.... I've always stood up for this coming from this company and this game and as examples of how games should be made. I hope they aren't hurting financially.... Because this game is really gold... Wait, don't idiots spend enough money on microtransactions to make the stock holders happy and turn a ridiculous profit? That is an expansion 233% the cost of the entire game!!!
