For Damien, I broke my middle finger is a mosh pit in 2019 and it still gets swollen even though its not painful. If i dont keep it moving throughout the day it gets a bit stiff but once i get it going again the swelling goes and it's all good. Can strike with that hand for years now, but for about a year after the injury it always acted up.

I broke a Metacarpal in my left hand playing basketball. It took 2 years after healing before I stopped noticing my finger. Until then I'd constantly feel like it was out of alignment or not moving like my other fingers. It takes a while to strengthen the ligaments & tendons back to where you have full control.

is it true that you guys have a higher than average injuryrate at your gym? Or is that just an impression? Now i dont wanna play psychologist here, but if thats the case i see Craigs Attitude as a problem here. He and Nicky seem to be the most influential figueres. In every video on this channel i see you guys are getting on each others nerve. Always putting each other down. I know this is in a playful way and might even create some competitive inspiration. But theres a subconscious component to it. You can only care about others safety in an enviroment where you feel secure yourself and dont always have to watch your back. And that is much more true for the "lower" members in that gym. When you are in a leading position, you also have to grow as a leader when it comes to take responsibility for others. Not getting an injury should ne Nr.1 priority in training and that requires a certain mindset for the "alpha-practitioneers". I just would like all of you to be successful, it makes me sad that Nicky ryan already lost his ACL in that young age and that even in training and not in competition.
