I was a child when I remember my mom watching this show religiously. I've recently started it and I just can't get enough. I have never been this invested in characters and a place as I am with the folks of County. I love this show sooooo much.

Didn't watch ER when it first aired. Binging on Hulu now. I love the show and how Anthony Edwards portrays Dr. Mark Greene. Didn't realize he was also Goose in the original Top Gun. A legend 🔥

I loved ER and re-watched it recently from the first episode to the last on Hulu. I thought Anthony Edwards played Mark Greene masterfully. He was my favorite and I loved how the show, through all it's twists, turns and various story-lines, weaved back to the legacy of Mark Greene as his daughter began her career in the last scene.

To this day, “Love’s Labor Lost” is the best and most heartbreaking hour of fictional television that I’ve ever seen.

Not a crier when it comes to TV and film but man I have a hard time even rewatching the end of season 8. It absolutely tears you apart and I think it had a lasting affect on ER. It was like if they'd killed Hawkeye off of MASH.

Greene would always have a lasting legacy in ER right to the end of the final season.

This man is a wonderful, thoughtful actor, and he's played three of the finest death scenes on film - Goose in Top Gun, Decker in Hawks, and Mark Greene on ER... I cry to all three scenes, and I can't think of any other actor who has done that to me. "Be generous."

I started watching ER because I was interested in watching Anthony Edwards again after really liking his work in Northern Exposure as Mike Monroe, the environmental activist with multiple chemical sensitivity.

Dr. Greene and Dr. Lewis were my faves on the show. I liked Carter and Benton too a lot but special place for Dr. Greene. I think I stopped watching the show after he left, that's how hard I took it. He was the one who reminded me of a real doctor, meaning most believable at least in my opinion. Benton also was great as surgeons really are like him in ego and attitude.

I'm rewatching from the very start right now, I never made it much past Mark's death at the time it aired. I think Anthony knows how loved he was and still is. What a legacy to leave as an actor, amazing.

I'm still watching this show today! It was Gray's Anatomy before grace anatomy And the graphics where great for its time! They where ahead of its time! I was to young when it aired and I saw it a couple of times when I got a bit older, but I really got to watch it almost all the way through 3 or 4 years ago when I got off of work from Walmart the 2 to 11 shift! Get off around midnight and it was on and I got hooked! When Hulu bought it I was excited and I'm still rewatching this show, I'm on season 7! I love Mark, Elizabeth, Carter, Abby, Benton, great cast! Love

ER is the top medical drama of all time! The cast and writing is consistently good, however since the death of Greene, its been shaky at times. For a long time I refused to watch past season 8. Then I brought the entire boxset, and eventually started to watch ER in its entirety. It was a fair ending. Could it have gone on? It would've been interesting, but really the old atmosphere would've been totally gone would it have continued. ER is enpar with Cheers and Star Trek TNG, two equally legendary shows.

And I was born with a whole in my heart and had open heart surgery when I was 4 years old and grew up fine until April of '06 got a blood clot which caused a stroke on my left side went through 3 months of rehab to learn to walk talk and take care of myself and then on September first of '08 I didn't wake up that morning had a cardiac arrest which both my cat Nemo and my now ex wife Angy saved my life Nemo won a Medel for saving my life a year later and Angy decided to leave our marriage too much pressure on her and I moved out here in downtown Hamilton Ontario Canada and on disability benefits which sucks by the way, but thank God for my uncle Angelo who owns the property so my rent is cheaper than normal and unfortunately found out that I had stage 2 Colon Cancer at the end of January had surgery they removed the tumor growth in my colon final home after being in the hospital and rehab for 3 Months
