not gonna lie, but beep beep choreography is the best that they ever had. idk the flow, the placement(?) is perfecto. if you watch the fancam of beep beep performance years after the release, you can CLEARY see how btob is 100 both in singing and dancing. i say what I say

From what I’ve gathered over the years…. Hyunsik would always have input on rearrangement and works with in house composers about it for performances even from the start… Minhyuk have always been doing the fan chants for their title tracks from the start.

One of the only best things of cube is that the artists can self produce, which brings out the best of them.

Ah yes Changsub, the sk8er boi. I sometimes wonder if he's retained his skateboard skills. Imagine him doing skateboard acrobatics now! I'd love to see it. BTOB resigned with CUBE so that they can stay together and keep their name. If they had left after their 1st contract term they would have had the same situation as HIGHLIGHT (formerly BEAST), not be able to keep their name and have to rebrand. I think BTOB is CUBE's longest contracted artist.

Changsub's definitely retained some skateboard skills! Earlier this year on social media, there were a few videos of him wakesurfing and doing a few tricks!

That skateboard entrance by Changsub was smooth~ 😆 You asked about what happens if artists in Korea, particularly idol groups, leave their company and it made me think of Cube’s original boy group called Beast! They were part of Cube Entertainment from 2009-2016. In 2017, they established their own company. They now manage their own activities and they’re still active! Since they are BTOB’s senior group, they are friends and have mutual respect for each other (I wish there were more documented interactions of them)! Beast eventually rebranded themselves as Highlight, since Cube did not allow them to continue using the old name. (Um……you can see from my screen name I’m a big fan of them. lmao). I think if BTOB left Cube they would still be together and release music. At least, that would be my hope. But I’m thinking they might stick with Cube for a while. Having said all that, I hope you’ll give Beast/Highlight a listen in the future! 😉💙

Yes, I discovered BTOB thru Beast. Thank to them I become a Melody since their debut. Beast/Highlight's discography is my fav besides BTOB and Bigbang. Stan talent people!

They could definitely dance and they debuted as a dance and vocal group. They were also trained in acrobatics so they could do flips and tumbling. Ilhoon is "Mr. Pure Energy" when dancing. He just gives it all and you might be surprised that Hyunsik is the main dancer of the group. BTOB always say that they can't dance but they are awesome when dancing. I am hoping to see new live version of their dance on their upcoming fanmeet and they said they are working really hard. It's fun to see how they have changed physically over the years. They had really fun teenage songs on the early days which would really click to the audience if they were really promoted well by Cube. But past is past and they have endured everything together . Also I don't think they will separate from Cube in the near future because Eunkwang is a Director there and based on his words and actions, he really likes the company. It's a just a fact that BTOB can nail every concept. And I can tell you that the Insane Acoustic version is insanely beautiful ;). What's special here is that you can always see how much fun and joy BTOB have when they're performing. It's like really something they love to do :)

It's kinda futile I say if they will left cube since Eunkwang is one of cube's director now. That's also kinda reassured me that their kinda untouchable because of his position. They also have a lot of freedom in producing their own song and other company is not open to that.

I also thought about them leaving cube but i guess they have their reasons for remaining especially with Eunkwang being a director now. There is so much they can do there for younger groups too.

If you are not yet aware, BTOB was like promoted as dance, acrobat, acapella group too before. If you try to look more to their old vids, they used to love singing acapella and Eunkwang is quite great in beatboxing. Also in acrobat kkkkkk. Now I dunno if they can still do it but Minhyuk for sure still can.

This is my opinion only. Cube isn't perfect but I think they give more freedom to their artists to explore their talents and be themselves. BTOB wouldn't be what they're now if not for Cube. That's one thing I am thankful for.

Yey! Yey! Yey! Love it!😊 Eventho they're much younger here and really just started, they already showed how good performers they were. Great vocals, cool choreo and live performances..they always made it unique and fun for them as well as the audience. And yes, they've grown and matured thru the years and their music grew with them, have gone thru diff phases and stages, they've literally done everything yet they're still showing us new stuff and doing more. BTOB has broken the 7 yr curse in kpop and almost 10 yrs now and still going strong..I'm ready for more from them. I love BTOB so much.💙 (Don't know if they ever thought of leaving Cube..but Eunkwang being an executive director now, is like an assurance that they're not going anywhere..and I'm fine with that.😊)

I think Cube is not good but is not bad. I think Cube gives some freedom to its groups that another companies don't. And I think they have a good criteria for selecting people, because every group that they had, are so amazing in Music and producing their songs. Maybe if Eunkwang were the new CEO of Cube it will be more serious. I think Eunkwang have got many things recently for BTOB 💙😊😅

“I love that they sing live” Maybe you would like to know the reason why Hurraira - it’s because THEY CANT LIPSYNC, LIKE THEY’RE LITERALLY SO BAD AT IT 😭😂 I hope you can react to this vid: kzbin.info/www/bejne/p3SXdax-rs2fja8 That’s their very first and last lip sync performance 😂😂😂 They HAD to do it because the music show insisted, but after this failed attempt, they never lipsynced again, like they literally INSIST on music shows that they HAVE to sing live because they’re really bad at lipsyncing, I think this is the only thing BTOB cant do 😂 BTOB 4U was asked about why they ALWAYS sing live in their Show Your Love promotion (their very first comeback after being discharged from the military) and they also admitted that it’s because they’re so bad at lipsyncing 😂 they also said that live singing gives more adrenaline than lipsyncing. This will forever be Melody’s #1 flex 💕 And, yeah I know Cube’s really bad at handling their artists (most esp at promotions, I feel like it’s mostly their fault why BTOB’s not that known internationally, their promotions before were limited to the korean general public, it’s just recent that they’re now promoting internationally) but the one thing I’m very thankful for them is that they gave BTOB the freedom to write their own songs AND RELEASE them. Other bigger and more known agencies dont usually do it. I truly believe that BTOB wouldnt be who they are right now if they didnt produce their own songs. Like BTOB have their own genre because of the members producing their songs. I feel like BTOB will be staying longer in Cube most esp now that Eunkwang’s a director. And it’s also kinda nice because BTOB’s a well respected artist in Cube 💙
