Our tie guy is Hyunsik. He's known along with Minhyuk (tie rapper) for producing most of their music. I can't get over their misleading look in this performance. I HIGHLY recommend seeing the BTOB Quiet and Reserved Idols compilations. They out chaos any other group I've ever seen!!!

exactly. what i like about btob is that they don't just do the harmonization in studio version, but they commit to do it LIVE! without disrespecting any other group, but btob's live harmonization is just something that makes them stand out differently among the others! and what i mean by harmony isn't like singing the chorus all together in unison but a real harmony with main melody, 2nd higher and 3rd lower harmony damn it!

The singer you liked is Hyunsik, he definitely has a soft spot for rock music. During their 2017 concert, he had a solo stage for his song he wrote called Swimming and had his full rocker vibe going on: ripped jeans, electric guitar, and all. He's a fantastic guitar player. 💙 It's so cute how well-behaved they seem in the Killing Voice with their little sweater vests bc they're known for being absolutely ridiculous

24:17 couldn’t agree more. this is one of the reasons why they’re so impressive for me. whatever you hear on the studio version, they can actually sing live. all the adlibs, the harmonization..! they can all sing it live. fun fact: btob was actually dubbed as a group obsessed with harmonies hahaha they do it everywhere, anytime. while in the waiting room, before going on stage, even while just playing around 😂 thanks for reacting to them!!

The rapper you like is Lee Minhyuk. He also has solo work as well, for which he goes by the name HUTA. I recommend his Boom and Ya MVs if you're interested. He's quite...captivating. The other singer is Hyunsik. He writes a lot of BTOBs music and also has some solo music available that is worth checking out.

Their songs are different and have their own genre, they have amazing live stages and great personalities. They entertain with good music and humor. I'll gladly give a description of the 6 members. MINHYUK: main rapper, also vocalist, actor, athlete, songwriter, composer, producer (also used to be a DJ in KBS FM) SUNGJAE: the maknae, lead vocalist, award winning actor, model, endorser EUNKWANG: the leader, the oldest, main vocalist, variety show host, musical actor HYUNSIK: lead vocalist, songwriter, composer, producer, loves classical music but also good at rock, so good with the piano and electric guitar CHANGSUB: lead vocalist, musical actor, reality/infotainment show host PENIEL: lead rapper, Korean-American, born and raised in Chicago, dancer, photographer, MV director Their songs are really good whether ballads or upbeat. I'm glad you checked this out. 1 thing that you need to know about BTOB is that they ALWAYS ALWAYS sings live. They produced and composed most of their songs, and they're used to singing the harmonies and adlibs live. The rappers always write their own rap lines in their songs. Their songs always have beautiful layering to it, and that's why their songs are really hard to be covered by others. All 4 vocal line members (those 4 in the middle) all have really impressive vocal techniques and wide vocal ranges. 2 of the members (Hyunsik=white shirt+black tie and Changsub=orange lined sweater) are the graduates of Practical Music Department of Howon University where it is one of the most prestigious university for Practical Music in South Korea and has one of the hardest admission rate. They got admitted with the ratio of direct admission 5:3000, where out of the 5 being directly admitted, they are the only 2 boys. Looking forward to you discovering and reacting to more of their stuff in the future. 😊😊😊 P/s: I think Hyunsik's style is usually more to folk and R&B vibes whereas Changsub is the one with the Rock Ballad vibes, but that is just my opinion. 😁

I agree with you. And also Hyunsik like jazz/blues/soul genre. But, indeed his performance, especially when he plays his guitar, have a rock vibes. Hyunsik more to folk I guess it because his father is a folk singer so he was used to folk songs. Changsub was a vocalist of the band before debut. And, yes, I thought that Changsub had a Rock Ballad vibe when I watched the Japanese version of At The End MV.

You pretty much lost your mind when you reacted to BTOB 4U's cover of Stray Kids' "Back Door" on Kingdom. That was one of the best BTOB Back Door reactions I saw back then! You loved Minhyuk then and you love him now. Your other favorite, Hyunsik, was in the military with the one you pegged as the cute behavior king (more like insane than cute) during Kingdom. I personally think Kingdom would have been a whole different show if all of them had been there. Thanks for reacting to the whole group and I hope you'll do more. The member who saluted at the beginning of "Beautiful Pain" was in the military during that release so was not a part of the original song.

I love it when reactors play along with btob's silliness, that's one of the things I love about this killing voice specifically. They're clowns, but their voices are a godsend and a blessing to our ears. The pronunciation is "be two be", cause btob means born to beat. Also Landon, the song where Eunkwang salutes and you asked what was going on? Thats called Beautiful Pain and it was recorded with the other 6 (including Ilhoon before he left. He was their former rapper and had a hand in writing and producing a LOT of their songs with Hyunsik and Minhyuk - tie guys) while Eunkwang was enlisted. They redistributed the lines when he came back so he could perform it with them so that may be why it seems he doesnt have as many lines in that song, he wasnt originally part of it.

"is he the jokester?" depends on if you think the jokester is the one making jokes or being the butt of the jokes XD putting that aside, #4 and #5 from the left are one of, if not, the best vocalists of their generation. they were the only 2 men to be admitted early into a prestigious practical music university!! how #5 is able to do that? he practiced the heck out of it because his voice cracked on his debut stage... he is one that came through using talent AND hard work
